wow yr site looks like a whole wiki :P However I don't think I'm gonna give solaris another try in the next two years since it screwed my partitions last time. It's still a "spark-server-os". It can't even compete with Linux (despite it's DTrace, which is getting implemented in Linux too) as long as it doesn't have such outstanding support for drivers and windows-legacy file systems. However it seems that Ian Murdock is making nice inroads.
